Ep. 64 The DM That Sent Me Into a Spiral — And What It Reveals About Our Physical Health and State of the Collective Psyche

In this episode I share some really vulnerable feelings that came up after receiving a DM from someone I was supposed to do a collaboration with. I talk about why censorship and a culture of silence for fear of speaking out about anything controversial is harmful to our society, as well as, go into how the connection of politics and health and polarization that's happening is dangerous.
