THE VACCINE CONVERSATION:

What Every Mom Should Know Before Saying Yes, No, or Not Yet

Date @ Time MST

Vaccines are one of those parenting decisions that for many parents feel so confusing.

You're told to follow the schedule by the pediatrician and by the media (maybe even by the grandparents).

The same people tell parents vaccines are completely safe and erradicated polio!

But more people than ever are not vaccinating their children due to risks, and chronic health conditions for kids are rising at an alarming rate…

You're told not to question your doctor.

And…. you’re told on Instagram and on FB groups to question everything.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that outside noise is you — trying to make the best decision you can for your child.

But how do you actually know what you believe?

That's what we're going to unpack.

Join me for a 2+ hour deep dive into the vaccine conversation — where I give you the information your doctor and the media won’t, to help you come to your OWN conclusion.

I'm in

You don't need another person telling you what to think— you need better information.

You need the confidence to ask better questions.

You should be able to talk to your pediatrician without feeling intimidated.

You should know what questions to ask.

You should know how to find the actual sources behind the claims you're hearing.

And you should feel like you can make a decision that you actually own.

Because whether you ultimately choose to vaccinate, follow an alternative schedule, selectively vaccinate, or decline vaccines altogether, you should be able to understand why you're making that decision.

That's what this workshop is about.

I'm Ready!

Inside The Vaccine Conversation,  we'll explore:

01 — THE HISTORY

Before we can understand today's vaccine conversation, we need to understand where it came from.

We'll look at the history of infectious disease, public health, sanitation, the origins of vaccination, the development of vaccine mandates, and how our modern childhood vaccine program evolved.

03 — NECESSITY

What are we actually protecting our children from?

We'll look at several childhood illnesses and explore questions around disease severity, individual risk, population-level risk, immunity, and the concept of herd immunity.

02 — EFFICACY

What does it actually mean for a vaccine to “work”?

We'll unpack how vaccine efficacy is studied, what outcomes are measured, and what questions parents should be asking about immunity.

04 — RISK

This is where the conversation often gets nasty on the Facebook groups until some admin shuts it down.

Instead, we're going to have it.

We'll talk about adverse events, vaccine injury reporting, we’ll look at the actual studies and the research examining associations between vaccination and childhood health outcomes.

05 — THE QUESTIONS

Perhaps the most valuable part of the entire workshop:

What should you actually be asking your child's healthcare provider?

You'll walk away with questions you can take directly into your next appointment — from ingredients and safety studies to effectiveness, duration of immunity, adverse reactions, alternatives, and your provider's willingness to support your family's decisions.

I want to learn more!

It’s time to break free and step into Eating for Health.

In this transformative workshop, we’ll explore the 4 Levels of Eating and uncover what’s keeping you stuck—so you can finally move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease.

This workshop is for you if...

  • You've been following the vaccine schedule but realized you've never actually researched it for yourself and want to learn more.
  • You're considering an alternative schedule and don't know where to begin.
  • You're undecided and feel overwhelmed by conflicting information.
  • You feel like you're only hearing one side of the conversation.
  • You've been afraid to question your pediatrician.
  • You've already made your decision but want to understand the research more deeply.
  • You want to be able to have an informed conversation with your partner, family members or friends, or even a healthcare provider.
  • You don't want fear — from either side — making this decision for you.
  • You want to become the kind of mother who can research, question, and make decisions with confidence.
I need this!

You don't have to agree with me.

Actually, I don't want you to.

My goal isn't for you to leave this workshop agreeing with every conclusion I share.

My goal is for you to leave more informed, more curious, and more confident in your ability to think through this decision for yourself.

I will share the resources, studies, books, documentaries, questions and perspectives that have shaped the way I think about vaccines.

And then I'll ask you to do something that I think is incredibly important:

Think for yourself.

Let's do this!

You'll leave with...

A deeper understanding of the history

Because you can't fully understand today's conversation without understanding how we got here.

A comprehensive framework

Instead of getting lost in individual studies, headlines, Instagram posts or fear-based arguments, you'll have a framework for evaluating the bigger picture.

Resources for your own research

Books, studies, documentaries and other resources to continue exploring after the workshop.

Confidence

Confidence that you can make an informed decision for your family.

Better questions to ask

You'll know what to ask your pediatrician — and what information you want to see before making a decision.

Sign me up!

This isn't about being “pro” or “anti.”

It's about becoming informed enough that you don't have to outsource the decision.

Because motherhood comes with a thousand decisions.

And I don't believe the answer is to become an expert in every single one.

But I DO believe it's our duty to learn more about this topic, and how to ask better questions, evaluate information, understand your options, and make decisions you can stand behind for our children.

That's the kind of mother I want to help you become.
