Nourished Baby, Nourished Mama: The Eating Approach That Works for Both of You

The $33 workshop for pregnant and postpartum moms who want to nourish their baby and feel like themselves again

✦ Live workshop · November 17th · 10am MST ✦

I gained over 50 pounds in my second pregnancy.

At 4 months postpartum, I'm only 16 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight, which was the leanest I'd ever been.

My baby is off the charts for length, in the 90th percentile for weight, and over 18 pounds at 4 months.

I'm not working out beyond walking and pelvic floor strengthening 2 to 3 times a week. I'm not counting calories. I still eat sweets. Oh and did I mention I also have a 3 year old and a business...

I'm going to show you how I did it.

Does this sound like you?

→ 01

You're pregnant or postpartum and everyone has an opinion on what you "should" eat, and none of it agrees

→ 02

You want a thriving, well-fed baby, but nobody has told you what that actually looks like on your plate

→ 03

You're scared of the number on the scale, either how fast it's climbing or how slowly it's coming off

→ 04

You don't have time or energy for a 6-day-a-week workout plan with a newborn

→ 05

You're tired of "just count your macros" advice that feels like a second job

→ 06

You want to enjoy food again, dessert included

You don't have to choose between a healthy baby and getting your body back. I'm going to show you how I did both.

Here's what happened to me

Before my first pregnancy, and again before my second, I went deep into ancestral and traditional ways of eating, and I leaned into them hard.

In my second pregnancy, I gained over 15 pounds more than I did in my first. The old me would have panicked. This time I didn't, because I knew I was fueling my body right. My son was born 8 lbs 4 oz, just like my first, and he has thrived ever since.

I kept eating this way after he was born, because when my body is truly nourished, it turns on fat burning while I'm breastfeeding. That's why, at 4 months postpartum, I'm only 16 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight, without workouts or calorie counting.

That's what I'm going to teach you: how to nourish rich, fatty milk for your baby and turn on fat burning for yourself.

Inside the workshop, you'll learn

✔ 01

How to eat in pregnancy to support a healthy, well-grown baby

The traditional, nutrient-dense foods and minerals that support a baby's growth, and how to work them into everyday meals, even through nausea.

✔ 02

How to eat postpartum to heal, produce milk, and lose the weight at an appropriate pace

✔ 03

How to lose the baby weight without counting calories

Why the same nutrient-dense eating that nourishes your baby also helps turn on fat burning for you, so you're not white-knuckling through hunger.

✔ 04

How to keep sweets in your life without sabotaging your progress

✔ 05

What movement actually matters

Why walking and pelvic floor work were enough for me, and how to do them in real life with a baby.

✔ 06

Meet Stefanie

I'm Stefanie Adler, a functional health practitioner and mom to two boys, a 3½-year-old, Ojai, and a 4-month-old baby Bram. I've helped hundreds of women get to the root of their health and hormones, and I healed my own hormonal issues after being told there was nothing to do about them. I created this workshop because I've been where you are: overwhelmed by conflicting advice, scared of my changing body, and wanting to do right by my baby.

Now I'm on the other side, and I want to bring you with me.
