I know you’ve already made big waves in the coaching world…
Your soulmate clients love working with you, ‘cuz you go above and beyond for them.
Your business gets hella referrals (which is why you had to start a waitlist some time ago).
You’ve got that combo of profesh + passion that makes people constantly want to be in your orbit.
You’re all about improving your business and skill set through education and personal growth.
But you’re missing the tools you need to take your business and impact to the next level.
It’s not your fault.
We’ve got a gaping hole in the coaching industry:
No one is talking about our feminine cycle.
Being cycle-informed isn’t some trend that will disappear in the next few months. It’s a link to our past and a map to our future.
Back in the day, when women got their periods, they’d all gather together and pass down wisdom around menstruation, pregnancy, okay maaaayyybe gossip, and more.
The future is focused on women’s health – there’s a whole new wave of Forbes’-acknowledged FemTech startups (technology based around women’s health).
It’s time to give women the tools to come home to their bodies and free their full potential.
The world says:
“Is it that time of the month?!”
Cycle-Informed Coaching says:
“Sure is – you won’t believe the moves we’re making because of it!”
There are four phases in a woman’s cycle, and each one has its own particular benefits and strengths, thanks to the number of hormones present.
Understand how to utilize those strengths, and you can help your programs and coaching fit your clients’ needs even more closely than before.
If you’re a business coach, how would launching change if you could advise your client to launch when she felt the most extroverted and optimistic? So that showing up on social media to promote the launch and keeping her energy high feels natural!

That’s not the result of just getting enough sleep. That’s what happens when you use the power of the FOLLICULAR phase of a hormone cycle.
If you’re a fitness coach, what kind of results could your clients experience if you structured their hardest workouts around when they felt most energized and confident? So not only are they confident about lifting heavier, but their body is primed for it, too.

That ain’t BCAA’s, babe. That’s the power of the OVULATORY cycle.
When you’re a cycle-informed coach, you know when to ditch the tough love feedback in favor of a gentler approach.

Literally. Like almost with a timestamp. It’s during the LUTEAL phase. And because you honor the power of the MENSTRUAL phase, you can structure more meditative work during this part of the cycle.
A cycle-informed coach stands out from the rest of the industry.
By harnessing the power of the feminine cycle, we know how to match our actions to our energy.
We exist in the both/and.
We like our processes.
We’re deeply feminine.
We know the body holds as much data as the analytics formula from our spreadsheets – and we take both into account when we’re making moves.
The coaching industry is long due for a big change.
Babe, that moment is now.
We know the body holds as much data as the analytics formula from our spreadsheets – and we take both into account when we’re making moves.
It’s time for...
Cycle Informed Coaching™ Certification

The 10 week coaching certification program for coaches ready to equip more women to create success and wellness by harnessing the power of their cycle.
We’re revolutionizing the coaching industry.
Our curriculum is divided into three phases:
Click the arrow to expand the text!

This portion of the program is dedicated to your education. Through workshops and Q&A calls, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of infradian rhythms, the hormonal cycle, and how women are affected by each.
Week 1: Introduction to the Female Infradian Rhythm and Living Cyclically
Week 2: Menstruation
Week 3: Follicular Phase
Week 4: Ovulation Phase
Week 5: Luteal Phase

You’ll start to embody what you’re learning into your own life, and how to incorporate it into your coaching.
Week 6: How To Help Your Clients Track Their Cycle
Week 7: Living Cyclically
Week 8: Coach vs Client Experience

In this phase, you’ll spend two weeks building out your cycle-informed program. You’ll design a presentation, and present it in video format, which I will review.
At the end of week 10, you’ll take a written exam.
That’s over $20,000 amount of value, but your investment is much less than that!

Making this decision can feel tough, I know.
Here’s how to know if it’s right for you.
You’re a coach/therapist/business professional helping women, and you want to make sure you’re taking a whole-person approach when you’re creating programs
You know there’s a way to add a deeper dimension with your clients, and you’re tired of piecing together information from blogs, podcasts, and everywhere else to find out how
You’re ready to deepen your own personal cycle superpowers, and stop playing into the patriarchal narrative of what it means to be a woman
You want both the knowledge of how to be cycle informed AND how to apply it practically in your business
You’re looking for a 1:1 approach when it comes to being cycle-informed
You’re not willing to make time to be at the workshops (or watch the replays), attend the group calls, or do the mock-up presentations in the last four weeks. (No shame, it’s just important to be honest about your workload)
You don’t believe there’s a way to work with your hormones instead of fighting against them
Still have some questions?
Here are some answers to your questions:
How is this program different from other cycle informed programs I've seen?
How will this certification support my business?
Is this the right program for you?
Is this program only for women?
I still have questions!
