I’m a holistic nutritionist, fertility counselor, birth doula, and an expert in the field of women's health.
My wellness journey began while I was a teenager. Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, I changed my diet with hopes that it would solve the digestive issues I had been struggling with for most of my life. Despite my doctors doubting it would work, within a few months months of implementing the new changes most of the pain and digestive discomfort I struggled with for more than a decade disappeared.
I had a lightbulb moment: food can be medicine!
Over the years I learned more about my body’s unique nutritional needs and how stress affected my physical state. After getting an undergraduate degree in conflict resolution I decided to go back to school for a degree in Nutritional Consulting, from Bauman College, to support others on their healing journeys.
There was also a very transformative journey healing my hormones after getting off the pill which influences the work I do with women.
Now I work with women all over the world, from all walks of life, providing education and guidance on how to live a holistically healthy balanced life!
